Manager, Technical Product Owner - Data & Analytics (MedTech)

Salary: $102,000–$177,100 per year

What you will do

• Define finance business vision, capability roadmaps, technology strategies, and product roadmaps.
• Translate planning and forecasting challenges into solutions spanning processes, technology, data, governance, and user experience.
• Oversee the design, development, operation, and continuous improvement of integrated data and analytics products.
• Use experimentation, human-centered design, agile principles, and end-to-end process optimization to validate solutions.
• Define investment value, key performance indicators, efficiency improvements, employee experience outcomes, and compliance benefits.
• Partner with finance, technology, business process owner, product management, and vendor teams throughout product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data modeling, including significant SAP S/4HANA experience.
• 10+ years of experience implementing and maintaining data management and reporting solutions.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, data sourcing, profiling, cataloging, and data-focused solution development.
• 3+ years of people management experience and a record of fostering high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with JIRA and SDLC, plus knowledge of supply chain or finance processes.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with SAP PAPM.
• Familiarity with technical infrastructure and global operating environments.
