What you will do

• Provide day-to-day deal support, complete Gross Margin Calculator analyses, and evaluate deal economics and price-volume tradeoffs.
• Prepare analyses, recommendations, and materials for the recurring Pricing Committee.
• Operationalize pricing initiatives, improve pricing tools and models, and track price realization against goals.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive adoption, execution, and accountability for pricing actions.
• Build pricing compliance capabilities by comparing contractual commitments with actual purchasing and addressing gaps.
• Use AI tools, including Claude, for deal support, analysis, and compliance monitoring.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and expert-level Excel proficiency.
• Approximately 3–6 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, or commercial operations.
• Understanding of pricing concepts, contract compliance, and deal economics.
• Ability to work with large, imperfect datasets, match and merge data from multiple sources, and validate data quality.
• Strong business communication skills with the ability to engage Sales and Marketing and drive execution without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Pricing analytics or healthcare and medical technology experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
