What you will do

• Serve as a resource for digital workflows across the hirify.global application suite.
• Support clinical employees in using electronic health records and other technologies.
• Deliver electronic health record onboarding, training, and proficiency maintenance.
• Assist with new electronic health record functionality, upgrades, and go-live support across all regions.
• Support less experienced analysts and address complex clinical and technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Three years of recent relevant experience.
• Epic proficiency required upon hire.
• Ability to work primarily onsite in Oakland, California.
