What you will do

• Lead end-to-end shipment execution, order management, and ocean and air freight handoffs across origin markets.
• Manage shipping documentation, bookings, cargo readiness, and shipment milestone visibility.
• Mentor and supervise regional operational teams, including teams in Hong Kong and Dongguan.
• Train vendors, freight partners, and internal employees while establishing standardized operating procedures.
• Resolve delays, rolled cargo, missed milestones, vendor non-compliance, customer inquiries, and operational bottlenecks.
• Build KPI dashboards, conduct root-cause analysis, report operational risks, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics execution, freight operations, or supply chain management.
• Expertise in origin operations, trade compliance, shipment milestones, and full-set export documentation for ocean and air freight.
• Experience supporting U.S., European, and APAC markets, preferably in consumer goods, toys, handbags, or apparel.
• Strong supervisory, coaching, analytical, negotiation, exception management, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
