Data Platform Delivery Director (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Lead approximately six Foundation and platform delivery teams of five to six members across data engineering, platform engineering, data management, product delivery, and operations.
• Coordinate federated Gold data delivery teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other business domains.
• Establish the hub-and-spoke operating model, including intake, prioritization, architecture reviews, data contracts, service levels, release calendars, and escalation paths.
• Drive cross-domain harmonization of business definitions, identifiers, master and reference data, quality rules, lineage, security classifications, and reusable design patterns.
• Own Foundation-to-Gold release integration, including versioned data contracts, dependency sequencing, testing, release readiness, and production support.
• Lead the evolution of the One Data Platform, Data Marketplace, metadata and lineage capabilities, self-service infrastructure, governance controls, CI/CD, observability, and platform reliability.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience leading multiple data, platform, software, or product delivery teams in a complex global enterprise.
• Experience leading a scaled delivery organization of approximately 30 or more professionals through managers, team leads, product owners, or matrix leadership.
• Experience coordinating federated teams and aligning business and technology leaders around shared roadmaps, standards, and outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data platforms, data engineering, cloud data architecture, Data Mesh, data products, metadata, lineage, data quality, semantic models, CI/CD, and platform operations.
• Experience defining product and release models across foundational data layers and business-consumption layers.
