Data Platform Engineer (AI)

Salary: $125,720–$198,040 per year, plus a 12.5%–25% incentive opportunity

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and AI-ready enterprise data platforms.
• Integrate Snowflake, Power BI, Alteryx, Kafka, Boomi, dbt, Salesforce, and Qlik Replicate to support unified data and real-time insights.
• Implement source control, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring for data, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Apply role-based access control, encryption, masking, auditing, and data governance practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, reporting, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, infrastructure, storage, licensing costs, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data management, cloud infrastructure, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, or comparable experience.
• 6+ years of experience with data integration, analytics and reporting platforms, data infrastructure, data development, and governance.
• Experience designing and operating secure, scalable data platforms and pipelines.
• Ability to work with data security, compliance, governance, automation, CI/CD, and observability.
• Onsite location in Omaha, Nebraska, United States.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Apache Kafka, or data integration technologies.
• Credentials in Snowflake, Power BI, or related data and analytics platforms.
