AVP, Product Manager - Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Salary: $109,283–$182,104 annual base salary

What you will do

• Support the IAM product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery plans.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, risk, and business teams to define requirements and actionable delivery plans.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical dependencies for IAM capabilities.
• Create and maintain epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, and release plans for Scrum teams.
• Gather user and stakeholder feedback, monitor adoption and delivery outcomes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Prepare roadmap updates and progress reporting while ensuring IAM solutions support security, resiliency, accessibility, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related technology-enabled role.
• 3+ years of experience in agile delivery environments with responsibility for backlog management, prioritization, or product execution.
• Experience translating business needs, user feedback, and technical constraints into product requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technology, security, operations, risk, and business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms, internal-facing products, or shared capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity, or enterprise platform domains.
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, access governance, federation, privileged access, and directory services.
• Exposure to Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and data-informed decision-making skills.
