Principal Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work with at least two days per week in an assigned hirify.global office

Salary: $168,750–$281,250 annually

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for core TruIQ Analytics Platform components while balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, architecture, and long-term strategy.
• Define reusable platform capabilities supporting Credit Risk, Marketing, Fraud, Identity, and future solution domains.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Data Science to build scalable, secure, reliable cloud-native platform services.
• Integrate advanced analytics, AI, ML, decisioning services, and intelligence frameworks into the product roadmap.
• Translate business and customer needs into productized capabilities, requirements, success metrics, and adoption strategies.
• Drive platform standardization, governance, executive communication, and global rollout across international OneTru deployments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Platform Product Management.
• Experience building, scaling, and operating complex enterprise SaaS or comparable technology products.
• Experience with analytics platforms, data platforms, decisioning platforms, customer intelligence solutions, or similar products.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs, data services, platform design, and scalability.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Data Science teams on complex, data-driven products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive, technical, product, and commercial audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in Credit Risk, Marketing, Fraud, Identity, or adjacent analytics-driven industries.
• Familiarity with customer data platforms, analytics ecosystems, activation platforms, or data fulfillment services.
• Experience with optimization capabilities, intelligent workflow platforms, and products deployed across multiple geographies and regulatory environments.
• Experience defining platform KPIs, adoption measures, and commercial growth strategies.
