Inventory Control Specialist - Orangeburg, NY

Location: Orangeburg, NY, United States; 100% onsite at a data center. Travel to other data center locations may be required.

Base salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Track servers, networking equipment, IT assets, hardware, and materials across the data center region.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of IT materials between data centers.
• Conduct inventory audits, update records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Operations to allocate hardware and materials efficiently.
• Maintain documentation and provide inventory, shipment, and audit reports.
• Work with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance to maintain accurate asset visibility and smooth workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with asset management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a data center environment and move or lift heavy objects.
• Must have work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must meet U.S. export-control access requirements, including applicable U.S. person, authorization, or export-license eligibility.
