Architect - Content and Data Migration

What you will do

• Lead enterprise content and data migration projects from assessment and estimation through implementation, go-live, and validation.
• Run client workshops and translate business and technical requirements into migration approaches.
• Design and implement ETL-based migrations using hirify.global Magellan Integration Center and similar tools.
• Define mapping strategies for content, metadata, and data transformations between source and target platforms.
• Improve migration methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, and delivery practices.
• Support sales and bid teams in positioning complex migration projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent training, plus several years of hands-on enterprise content and data migration experience.
• Experience with scripting, automation, migration development, and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Proficiency with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Magellan Integration Center or similar ETL migration tools.
• Good knowledge of hirify.global Extended ECM and/or Documentum platforms and their integrations.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German required.

• Dutch or French language skills.
