Solution Architect RDAF EMEA (AI)

Location: Works from home in the United Kingdom; work from home two days a week

What you will do

• Lead business requirements sessions, document target processes, and translate business logic into technical platform designs.
• Collect and transform sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other supply chain data into complex datasets.
• Design and configure technical specifications and solutions in the o9 platform, including performance monitoring systems.
• Apply mathematical models, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, simulations, and predictive methods to create forecasts, operational plans, insights, and visualizations.
• Design testing protocols, execute workflow and analytics test cases, track issues, and support automated testing.
• Coordinate with architects, directors, research and development teams, IT and business stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and deliver user training.

Requirements

• Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics organizations.
• Experience leading the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning implementation, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, go-live, and value realization.
• Master’s degree with four years of experience or bachelor’s degree with six years of experience in operations research, industrial engineering, engineering management, business analytics, computer science, supply chain engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with planning systems, ERP tools, agile enterprise implementations, supply planning products, and large-scale data processing.
• Required knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, document and presentation tools, databases such as SQL Server or MySQL, and SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages.
• Strong mathematics, statistics, analytical, communication, presentation, demonstration, and training skills.
