Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom (Hybrid: Work from home two days a week)

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into technical platform designs and documented to-be processes leveraging industry best practices.
• Develop complex datasets and technical specifications within the o9 platform to solve deep operations and supply chain problems.
• Apply mathematical models, statistical techniques, and optimization algorithms to analyze large-scale enterprise data.
• Perform ETL processes using SQL and other programming languages to generate operational plans and forecasts.
• Design and implement automated testing protocols and execute data analytics test-cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, R&D, and stakeholders to deliver large-scale enterprise implementations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Education: Master’s Degree with 4+ years experience or Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years experience in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proven track record of implementing supply chain planning solutions or working within logistics organizations.
• Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, MySQL) and experience with ERP tools.
• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and data mining.
• Experience leading the full lifecycle of supply chain implementations using Agile methodology.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in handling and processing extremely large amounts of data.
• Ability to communicate complex mathematical and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
