Overnight Resident Experience Associate

Location: On-site in Washington, DC; regular travel between assigned hirify.global-managed communities throughout the Washington metropolitan area is required.

Pay: $22.50/hour, plus an additional $2.00/hour for hours worked between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary overnight contact for residents across multiple communities.
• Provide responsive, professional, and personalized support through approved communication channels.
• Monitor overnight operations and escalate issues affecting resident experience or business continuity.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Operations Leadership, and on-site property teams.
• Support emergency communication, situation de-escalation, and timely service-request resolution.
• Complete accurate system updates and thorough shift handovers.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, multifamily, or food and beverage.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including professional grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Ability to learn and use operational systems and technology.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize competing responsibilities overnight.
• Strong organization, discretion, urgency, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotational schedule.
