What you will do

• Execute assigned study activities using clinical trial concepts and cross-functional protocol requirements.
• Collaborate with Data and Statistical Sciences and cross-functional study teams.
• Design and develop system interfaces and end-to-end data flows using CDASH and SDTM data standards.
• Support study startup, conduct, and close-out processes.
• Perform data analyses for operational decision support and contribute to clinical trial application design specifications.
• Maintain compliance with federal and local regulations, GCP, ICH Guidelines, SOPs, and functional quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, computer science, life sciences, or an equivalent field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in clinical research, analytics, life sciences, or a comparable area, or a master’s degree with no prior experience.
• Evidence of contributing to organizational initiatives through academic work, internships, or previous employment.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to execute successfully in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
