Test Engineer (EUV)

Location: San Diego, California, United States. Onsite role with 2nd-shift working hours from 16:00 to 01:00; shift assignment may change based on business needs. Travel to customer sites or local sites may be required.

Base annual salary: $73,600–$101,200.

hirify.global develops lithography systems that enable advanced electronic devices, including DUV and EUV light sources through its San Diego-based Cymer division.

What you will do

• Test, integrate, upgrade, and qualify EUV systems and their components for development and engineering.
• Align and maintain sensitive optics and high-power lasers.
• Operate advanced hardware and software to diagnose and characterize system functionality and performance.
• Gather, correlate, interpret, and present test data.
• Troubleshoot issues, drive resolutions, and improve procedures and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and support product introduction at customer or local sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Physics.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; exceptional recent graduates may be considered.
• Strong engineering, technical, and physics fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to make decisions under risk and time constraints.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
• Must be legally authorized to access United States-controlled technology before beginning work.
