AI Strategist

Location: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

• Develop and drive the enterprise-wide AI and Generative AI strategy, including the technology roadmap and strategic planning support.
• Identify AI innovation opportunities that improve member value and experiences across member touchpoints.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, governance, innovation, and business stakeholders to assess and implement AI initiatives.
• Establish and uphold ethical AI practices, enterprise AI guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate complex AI strategies to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and documentation.
• Support implementation, vendor relationships, continuous improvement, and adoption of AI across the organization.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, enterprise strategy, innovation frameworks, and strategic roadmap development.
• Extensive experience driving large-scale cross-enterprise initiatives and supporting business-unit AI adoption.
• Advanced knowledge of change management, data architecture, technology solutions, AI governance, and ethical AI.
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Advanced knowledge of banking and financial industry trends, products, and services.
• United States work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or similar AI technologies.
• MBA or a related degree or qualification in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Strategy, or a related field.
