SVP, Forward Deployed Strategist – Transformation & Strategic Change (AI)

Location: Newport Beach, CA, USA

Base salary: $250,000–$305,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead multiple enterprise-wide transformation projects that leverage AI and affect people, processes, and technology.
• Map business and investment workflows and value-creation processes across the firm.
• Apply diagnostic and prioritization frameworks to identify transformation opportunities and select high-value use cases.
• Scale solutions across transformation domains such as legal, tax, onboarding, and investment support.
• Partner with business leaders and technology teams to deploy scalable, effective solutions across hirify.global.
• Develop transformation capabilities through embedded business partnerships and mentor junior Forward Deployed Engineers and Strategists.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the investment management industry.
• Proven experience leading technology-enabled change in large organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience redesigning target operating models and making build, buy, and partner decisions.
• Ability to quantify productivity gains, efficiency improvements, cost savings, and client-experience enhancements for ROI modeling.
• Experience combining information extraction, workflow automation, decision engines, and insight generation into end-to-end business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or another technical field; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.

• Formal training and strong interest in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, or finance theory.
• MBA or master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
