Assistant Manager Investment Services

Location: Hybrid role based at 9999 Willow Creek Road, San Diego, California, or 3300 Olympus Boulevard, Coppell, Texas, United States

Salary: $119,400–$163,100 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate daily Investment Services workflows and maintain production, service, quality, and operational standards.
• Perform delegated supervisory and Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction functions, including account and transaction review and approval.
• Coach advisors and team members on business plans, production goals, performance expectations, and development needs.
• Monitor revenue, productivity, and service-quality metrics, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• Resolve escalated member and advisor issues and conduct quality reviews of advisor interactions.
• Partner with internal business units to promote investment products, strengthen referral channels, and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services, investment management, or a related field.
• Experience coaching advisors and managing production-based performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of investment products, financial planning concepts, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
• Relevant licenses such as FINRA Series 7, Series 66, Series 63 and 65, and Life and Health.
• FINRA Series 24 license, or ability to obtain it within 120 days of the start date.

Nice to have

• Professional designation such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU.
