What you will do

• Own and govern the CMS template and component library, including supported features, scope, limits, and change processes.
• Define design and functionality guardrails that protect brand consistency, SEO, tagging, asset management, and return on investment.
• Specify behavioral data capture, analytics, and reporting requirements across templates and components.
• Improve authoring usability, support internationalization and localization workflows, and explain platform capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define asset-management standards for uploads, metadata, and retrieval, and translate platform gaps into prioritized development requirements.
• Use AI to build or direct authoring guidance, metadata and tagging suggestions, content quality checks, and other author-enablement tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program or product management for web content management or digital experience platforms.
• Senior-level ownership of a template or component library and direct experience with enterprise content management or digital experience platforms.
• Experience defining SEO, tagging, asset-management, and authoring-environment requirements and guardrails.
• Quantifiable experience using AI to improve platform governance, content operations, or author enablement.
• Strong judgment, technical quality standards, data integrity, accountability, documentation, and mentoring skills.
