Intern (Manufacturing)

hirify.global manufactures drone motors and robotic actuators and is building U.S. manufacturing capacity for the global market.

What you will do

• Support advanced manufacturing activities on the production floor.
• Assist with assembly, process documentation, and production-line setup.
• Help improve production-line processes and support production-ramp projects.
• Support quality and testing activities to ensure products meet manufacturing standards.
• Prepare documentation and reports as assigned.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship or co-op period.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in engineering, operations, business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in robotics, drone technology, manufacturing, or technology startups.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or project-based student organization experience, such as Formula SAE, rocketry, or Design Build Fly.
• Basic knowledge of CAD, Excel, or data analysis.
