IT Business Analyst (RegTech)

Location: New York City, hybrid with at least 3 days onsite per week. U.S. work permits and employment visa sponsorship are not available.

Salary: USD 130,000–155,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements with Compliance, IT, business, governance, and vendor stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of a RegTech solution, including configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Perform gap analyses and map current-state and future-state processes for regulatory and compliance workflows.
• Coordinate UAT by creating test cases, managing execution and defects, and validating delivered solutions.
• Support data migration and integration through data mapping, validation, and reconciliation with internal systems.
• Coordinate delivery with Head Office stakeholders and external vendors while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in financial services.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects.
• Experience coordinating UAT and managing testing deliverables.
• Familiarity with data integration, data migration, user access management, and software delivery lifecycles.
• Experience working in regulated environments with governance, risk, and compliance requirements, plus strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Compliance, GRC, RegTech, or regulatory reporting platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory inventory, obligation management, and compliance risk management processes.
• Experience supporting API and system integration projects.
• Fluency in French.
