Segment CISO (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite five days a week in East Peoria, Illinois; Irving, Texas; or Nashville, Tennessee

Salary: $172,630–$258,950 per year

What you will do

• Own the Power and Energy segment’s cybersecurity strategy, multi-year roadmap, risk posture, and reporting to executive leadership.
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize cyber risks across CRM, manufacturing and operational technology, supply chain, and connected product systems.
• Translate enterprise security policies and architectures into segment controls and drive adoption across application, infrastructure, and plant teams.
• Lead incident readiness and response, including plant and OT playbooks, tabletop exercises, and business continuity coordination.
• Embed security into delivery through secure-by-design reviews, supplier risk assessments, cloud and AI guardrails, and remediation of audit findings.
• Manage cybersecurity budgets, suppliers, governance, compliance, and the development of global security teams.

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing enterprise cybersecurity strategies and leading large-scale security and risk transformations.
• Deep knowledge of cyber risk management, incident response, and compliance in global manufacturing environments.
• Experience securing operational technology and plant environments alongside ERP, CRM, supply chain, and other enterprise platforms.
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, data protection, and export controls; CISSP or CISM is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence plant-floor stakeholders, business leaders, and executives in matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing global teams of employees and suppliers.
