Site Cybersecurity Leader (Industrial Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite 5 days per week at the DLMC Dallas Mix Center in Wilmer, Texas, United States

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits

What you will do

• Develop, enroll, and execute the site cybersecurity action plan as part of the site digital master plan.
• Lead cybersecurity capability building, awareness campaigns, exercises, lunch-and-learns, and orientation programs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for site information security incident response.
• Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance activities and lead MAGICS IT Digital System Toolkit execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve the resilience and availability of site systems.
• Measure cybersecurity performance using site-specific metrics and report progress to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience protecting Industrial Control Systems and SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of the five critical controls according to the SANS Institute.
• Ability to influence others and explain complex security concepts in a business context.
• Ability to learn new skills and processes, adapt to digital ecosystem changes, and consistently deliver results.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Wilmer, Texas.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, information or cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.
• GICSP and CISSP certifications, or the ability to obtain them within three years.
• Experience implementing the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• At least two years of hands-on experience implementing security controls and protecting ICS and SCADA systems, preferably Rockwell/Allen Bradley.
• Experience in a cybersecurity or information security role such as SOC analyst, security architecture and engineering, forensics, risk analysis, development, systems administration, or NOC engineering.
