Process Technician (Shift) (Semiconductor R&D)

Location: Singapore, SGP — onsite at Science Park II, moving to Tampines at the end of 2026

What you will do

• Support engineers in developing and optimizing advanced semiconductor process technology.
• Prepare wafers and cross-section samples, operate reactors and laboratory equipment, and execute process sequences.
• Perform recipe and chamber troubleshooting during process runs and implement directed changes.
• Collect measurement and inspection data, identify patterns in imaging, and share findings with engineers.
• Coordinate tool time with internal and external chamber and metrology tool owners.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and provide occasional overtime support for process engineering activities.

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials Science, or a related engineering field.
• More than 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or an R&D environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic understanding of process control and data analysis.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability for Monday–Friday rotating shifts: 9:00–18:00 and 16:00–23:00.

• Familiarity with cleanroom operations and semiconductor processing equipment.
