Engineering Technician (Shift) (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Singapore, SGP; Science Park II, moving to Tampines at the end of 2026. Rotating shifts are required: Monday–Friday, either 9:00–18:00 or 14:00–23:00.

What you will do

• Plan daily maintenance activities with the tool owner and complete preventive and remedial maintenance schedules.
• Perform periodic maintenance, wet cleans, system start-ups, retrofits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Troubleshoot and correct process variations with support from senior engineers.
• Monitor equipment performance, plan uptime improvements, and implement productivity initiatives.
• Coordinate with process personnel and provide technical assistance to less experienced staff.
• Use escalation procedures to keep management informed about equipment downtime.

Requirements

• ITE qualification, diploma in engineering, or relevant studies.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment.
• Experience handling hirify.global equipment is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of statistical process control, quality improvement methods, risk assessment, and semiconductor terminology is preferred.
• Ability to commit to the required rotating shift pattern in Singapore.
