Failure Analysis Engineer II - Analysis & Solution Engineering

What you will do

• Perform customer-returned and internal quality drive failure analysis.
• Monitor product performance and identify key product issues.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and solutions for customer and internal quality issues.
• Develop and modify failure analysis and data analytics techniques and tools.
• Control and maintain laboratory instruments in good condition.
• Communicate project status and progress to the supervisor while supporting customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic oscilloscope operation and PCBA schematics.
• Strong analytical skills and a foundation in structured problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, learn independently, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Good English communication and presentation skills required.
• Teamwork, coachability, initiative, leadership, and ownership from analysis through execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in electrical failure analysis.
• Experience in data analytics.
