What you will do

• Transform supplier quality management through engineering, quality systems, analytics, and digital tools.
• Collect, analyze, transform, and visualize supplier quality data using Python, SQL, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, digital dashboards, automated reports, and decision-support tools.
• Support supplier quality automation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, predictive quality, and data-driven improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers through workshops and digital adoption training.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or Early Career Talent with 0–2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Experience or familiarity with data analytics tools and exposure to Six Sigma tools.
• Good English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Knowledge of data engineering, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Basic knowledge of web applications, REST APIs, and backend development.

Nice to have

• Strong Python and SQL skills, including database concepts, data modeling, querying, and transformation.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agent development, automated workforce projects, or digital transformation.
• Internship experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or digital transformation.
