Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) & Sustainability Summer Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Onsite in Longmont, United States. No travel required.

Base wage: $19.00–$24.00 per hour. The role is scheduled for 24–40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Support sustainability reporting materials, presentations, communications, and educational resources.
• Research sustainability trends, emerging regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist with environmental, social, supply chain, human rights, and corporate sustainability projects.
• Collect, organize, and analyze sustainability data and identify insights for reporting, decision-making, and program improvement.
• Collaborate with ESG, Enterprise Risk Management, Environmental Sustainability, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, documentation, and other program resources.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field and returning to school in Fall 2027.
• Experience conducting research, summarizing findings, organizing information, and managing multiple tasks or projects.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in sustainability, business strategy, risk management, supply chains, environmental issues, human rights, public policy, or related topics.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in sustainability reporting, responsible sourcing, supply chain sustainability, risk management, or corporate responsibility.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, project management, or data analysis tools.
• Experience developing presentations, communications materials, or training resources.
• Participation in student organizations, volunteer activities, research projects, or internships related to sustainability or business.
