What you will do

• Support hirify.global’s Planet Care roadmap and its commitment to net zero emissions by 2045.
• Track and analyze energy, water, and other utility consumption data.
• Support energy, water, and carbon reduction projects and sustainability programs.
• Contribute to ISO 50001 audit readiness and sustainability reporting.
• Improve reporting processes and close data and capability gaps.
• Collaborate with RCE/RCT governance groups, HSE, utility vendors, finance stakeholders, and the Sustainability Lead.

Requirements

• Eligibility: European Economic Area citizen, aged 18–28, applying for an assignment outside the country of citizenship.
• At least one year of full-time experience in environmental management, sustainability reporting, or stakeholder engagement.
• Master’s degree in a field related to the position.
• Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced English required; applications must be submitted in English.
• Mandatory knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with Resource Advisor.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in corporate sustainability and energy management.
