Supervisor II (Process Development & Integration)

Location: Korat, Thailand; onsite manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Supervise shift Engineering Specialists and Manufacturing Specialists supporting maintenance engineering, process engineering, and high-precision metrology operations.
• Manage workforce activities to meet manufacturing build schedules and process development objectives while following TLS, RBA, EHS, and industry safety standards.
• Coordinate machine installation, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, training, process monitoring, schedule planning, and repairs for HDD slider metrology and optical inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, Manufacturing, ESD, and contamination-control functions.
• Report equipment and process performance, including uptime, preventive-maintenance time, yield, defects, MTTR, and MTBF.

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, particularly with metrology equipment.
• Experience in process monitoring or Statistical Process Control.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across functions, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and the ability to learn job-related software.
• Work onsite at the Korat, Thailand manufacturing facility.

Nice to have

• Experience in hard disk drive or slider manufacturing.
