Senior IT Systems Engineer (Endpoint Management)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; onsite

Base salary: $130,000–$172,000 USD per year, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Administer and provide escalation support for SaaS collaboration and endpoint management platforms.
• Configure and manage Google Workspace, Slack, Office365, Confluence, Jira, Okta, Jamf, and Intune.
• Manage software deployment, patching, security policies, compliance, and lifecycle operations for Mac and Windows endpoints.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using Python, PowerShell, and Okta Workflows.
• Monitor system health and usage, investigate issues, provide Tier 3 support, and perform system discovery for Legal and HR.
• Lead IT engineering projects, integrate applications with single sign-on, evaluate vendors, and maintain technical procedures and roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or comparable experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS collaboration tools and managing Mac and Windows endpoints.
• In-depth knowledge of email delivery, IT security, IAM, RBAC, and permissions models across SaaS applications.
• Experience with scripting, automation, problem-solving, and analytical investigations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
