Aligne Specialist - Business Analyst - Power/Energy

Location: Houston, Texas; hybrid with at least 3 days onsite per week. During the first 3 months of onboarding, onsite attendance may be required 5 days per week.

Salary: USD 110,000–140,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the transition from FIS Aligne to Orchestrade and provide day-to-day production and operational support.
• Act as a functional and technical liaison between Front Office trading desks, Middle Office risk management, Back Office financial operations, Accounting, and IT delivery teams.
• Troubleshoot system, process, and data issues and escalate complex problems when required.
• Coordinate UAT execution, defect tracking, system validation, workshops, stakeholder follow-ups, and project activities.
• Maintain reference data, configuration items, system documentation, training materials, and user support documentation.
• Track requirements, changes, project tasks, decisions, meeting outcomes, and action items while supporting the Senior Business Analyst.

Requirements

• Hands-on configuration, implementation, or major upgrade experience with FIS Aligne.
• Deep knowledge of North American power, natural gas, NGL, renewable, or refined product markets.
• Experience with UAT coordination, defect tracking, data analysis, troubleshooting, and system validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Visa sponsorship is available only through eligible TN and E-2 treaty-based U.S. work visas for Canadian, Mexican, and French citizens; H-1B sponsorship or transfer is not supported.
