Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management (SAP)

Location: Mexico; remote work with travel to Ciudad Juarez twice a month

What you will do

• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, rollout, and support programs across multiple countries, business units, and manufacturing locations.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, governance, resource coordination, risk mitigation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across FICO, OTC, PTP, RTR, EWM, PP, MES, and integration workstreams.
• Drive business process standardization, localization, data migration, testing, change management, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business leadership, plant managers, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Track timelines, budgets, quality, business value realization, operational excellence, and user adoption across global SAP landscapes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation, rollout, and support programs.
• Strong program and project management experience across complex, multi-location environments.
• Experience coordinating SAP functional and integration workstreams, including FICO, OTC, PTP, RTR, EWM, PP, MES, and integrations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and automotive implementations, including Mobile Data Entry, JIT call processing, MES integration, local GAAP compliance, and e-invoicing.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Availability to work remotely from Mexico and travel to Ciudad Juarez twice a month.
