Director, Product Management (AI)

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States — Headquarters

Base salary: $172,000–$258,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for two product areas within the InsightsEDGE platform, from discovery through delivery.
• Work with business leaders, engineering, data science, and UI/UX teams to define roadmaps, requirements, and scalable software solutions.
• Analyze healthcare and claims data to develop insights for life sciences organizations.
• Manage agile sprints, prioritize backlogs, oversee quality assurance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Monitor product performance, user engagement, and adoption metrics to identify improvements.
• Support client-facing demos, proposals, implementation playbooks, product-to-client-technology handoffs, and high-stakes deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12–18 years of experience in product management, consulting, or related business or technical roles, with a focus on healthcare data analytics and product delivery.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience analyzing real-world healthcare data, including claims data, for life sciences organizations.
• Experience with business process mapping, user experience design, agile software development, and product requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Commitment to continual learning, particularly in Generative AI and its applications to product development.
