Director, AI Platform Product Management (AI)

Location: United States — New York — New York City; on-premise. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization. Relocation support may be available based on business needs and eligibility.

Annual base salary: $162,900–$271,500, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, multi-year roadmap, prioritization, and adoption outcomes for a greenfield enterprise AI platform.
• Define platform boundaries, gating, evidence requirements, and predecessor capability integration where limited precedent exists.
• Translate customer research, usage data, business priorities, and feedback from AI agent teams into product opportunities and experiments.
• Partner with engineering, design, research, data, legal, compliance, risk, and security through planning, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Establish performance indicators and use measurable customer, business, operational, and adoption outcomes to guide prioritization.
• Communicate product direction, rationale, dependencies, and progress in a large global enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of product management or related experience, with alternative experience thresholds for advanced degrees.
• End-to-end product accountability covering strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption outcomes.
• Experience with AI-enabled or agentic products, including agent tooling, evaluation, and usage or cost measurement.
• Experience translating AI governance, risk, privacy, or security requirements into product capabilities, workflows, controls, and evidence.
• Experience defining products with limited precedent and partnering across engineering, design, analytics, business, legal, compliance, risk, and security.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Experience driving adoption of an internal platform across independent teams.
• Experience establishing AI governance, responsible-AI, or model-risk practices in a product context.
• Experience working across regions or time zones and using AI-supported product discovery practices.
