Store Design Associate (Retail)

Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop floorplan layouts, fixture packages, material boards, design manuals, and interior specification packages.
• Coordinate vendors and source materials, furniture, decorative items, and fixtures for retail stores.
• Coordinate store improvement rollouts, new-store signage packages, and upgrades to existing stores.
• Support or manage fixture conceptualization, construction budgets, project costs, and expenses.
• Maintain drawing packages, sample libraries, interior design elements, and store repair and maintenance records.
• Create purchase orders, process invoices, track approvals, and support timely project administration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within retail design, interior design, and/or sketching.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Ability to source and present decorative items for selection.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective professional communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel on an as-needed basis.
