Senior Analyst Strategic Capacity Management (Supply Chain)

Location: Based at a Johnson & Johnson MedTech location in the United States or Europe; listed locations include Cincinnati, Danvers, Guaynabo, Jacksonville, and Raritan in the United States, plus Diegem, Limerick, and Zug in Europe. Up to 15% travel may be required.

Base pay: $94,000–$151,800 per year.

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance Strategic Capacity Management models for Biosurgery, Aesthetics & Reconstruction, and future product platforms.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain models covering manufacturing, distribution networks, capacity constraints, production routing, bills of materials, inventory policies, and investment plans.
• Perform scenario analysis for capacity expansion, process improvement, sourcing changes, network redesign, and demand uncertainty.
• Support Long-Range Portfolio Planning and Long-Range Financial Plan cycles by evaluating capacity requirements and supply risks over a 2–10 year horizon.
• Translate modeling outputs into executive recommendations covering capacity, revenue at risk, service, and profitability.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools while partnering with digital and IT teams to improve OMP, Power BI, and related planning capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related STEM discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, operations, analytics, simulation modeling, or strategic planning.
• Experience with capacity planning, supply chain analytics, operations modeling, or manufacturing systems.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Analytics, or Business.
• Experience with OMP, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, Simio, AnyLogic, or similar tools.
• Experience with long-range planning, strategic planning, or capacity management processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
• APICS/ASCM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification.
