Corporate Accounting Manager

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $105,000–$195,000 per year, with potential annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead month-end close activities across multiple corporate entities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, including the allocation of payroll, insurance, and shared expenses.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheets, income statements, and variance analyses.
• Manage complex accounting areas such as stock-based compensation, insurance reserves, acquisition accounting, and complex accruals.
• Partner with Enterprise FP&A on budgets, forecasting, monthly reporting, and performance reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members while supporting audits, SOX compliance, and process automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, financial reporting, general ledger management, U.S. GAAP, and internal controls.
• Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and close or consolidation applications such as OneStream.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• CPA certification is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
