Information Assurance Systems Engineer

Salary: $49,996.80–$290,004.00 annually

What you will do

• Perform systems engineering activities and develop and deliver technical work products.
• Analyze project technical designs independently and recommend alternatives.
• Supervise or coordinate the work of contractor engineers and technicians.
• Support information assurance system development across Level 2–4 responsibilities.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph are required.
• Level 2: six years of experience as a hardware design engineer in integrated circuit or microelectronic component design, plus a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Four additional years of hardware design engineering experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree.
• Level 3: ten years of information assurance system development experience and a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Level 4: fifteen years of information assurance system development experience and a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• For Level 4, an additional four years of experience may substitute for the education requirement; a master's degree may substitute for two years of experience and a PhD may substitute for four years.
