What you will do

• Perform inline quality control by reviewing and correcting insurance updates and escrow disbursement information.
• Research loans, insurance documents, reports, and carrier websites to resolve discrepancies.
• Contact insurance agencies, companies, and clients to obtain payment and coverage information.
• Process insurance premium, escrow rush, and other time-sensitive payments.
• Update insurance and escrow data in AS400, FiServ, WebServices, LPS, Citrix, and related databases.
• Maintain follow-up, reconciliation, exception, and task records while meeting service-level objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two years of high-level data entry, electronic file research, monitoring, validation, or related experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage escrow accounts or homeowners insurance.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including databases, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to type 35 WPM accurately, sit for extended periods, and lift 10–20 lbs. of reports or documents.
