Universal Banker (Part Time)

Location: 14985 Glazier Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124, USA; onsite branch role.

Salary: $22.25–$23.50 per hour, plus incentives and a 3% annual target bonus.

hirify.global and Wings Credit Union are joining forces in January 2026 to expand resources and deliver member-focused banking services.

What you will do

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, account opening, service requests, and credit applications.
• Educate members about products and services, cross-sell appropriate solutions, and make qualified referrals.
• Build lasting member relationships through consultation, follow-ups, and personalized service.
• Research and resolve moderately complex account issues while coordinating with other departments.
• Support fraud and forgery cases, deceased accounts, retirement services, business needs, and other specialized account types.
• Provide notarial services, support branch and community events, follow compliance procedures, and assist other retail teams as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• One year of member service or retail banking experience, sales skills, and cash-handling experience preferred.
• Strong member service, communication, organization, accuracy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, general office equipment, and self-service technology.
• MLO unique qualifier and NMLS registration requirements must be completed, including background and credit checks and fingerprinting.
• Notary license required upon hire.
