Location: Hybrid in Chantilly, Virginia, United States; minimal travel of 0–20% and standard working hours.

Basic compensation: $67,000–$93,000 per year for the Virginia area.

What you will do

  • Review government solicitations and prepare proposal submission instructions.
  • Prepare and issue requests for proposals, data calls, and OCI packages to subcontractor teammates.
  • Review and negotiate subcontractor pricing, terms and conditions, nondisclosure agreements, and teaming agreements.
  • Perform comprehensive price analysis and issue purchase orders, subcontracts, and modifications.
  • Maintain subcontract documentation for CPSR compliance and monitor contracts in the purchasing system.
  • Identify and mitigate contract risks and close out subcontracts and purchase orders.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant purchasing or subcontracts experience.
  • B.S. or B.A. in Business Administration, Business Management, Contract Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Law, or a related field.
  • Eligibility for a security clearance and ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance if required; a polygraph may be required.
  • Experience with FAR, DFARS, agency regulations, ITAR, and government procurement requirements.
  • Sound reasoning, policy and regulation interpretation, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Project.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Timekeeping.
  • Moderate to expert Excel skills.
  • Organized, systematic task management and the ability to work independently.
