Manager, Capital Markets, HELOC

Location: San Francisco office with a hybrid schedule; in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The compensation range also applies to New York, NY.

Salary: USD $140,000–$160,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Execute live warehouse, forward flow whole loan sale, and securitization transactions across hirify.global’s lending products, with a focus on HELOC.
• Manage allocation reports, purchase confirmations, loan tape reviews, funding and settlement coordination, and closing checklists.
• Support warehouse and ABS reporting, including covenant monitoring, borrowing base calculations, and investor reporting deliverables.
• Review and help negotiate purchase agreements, servicing agreements, side letters, and other structured finance documentation with internal and external counsel.
• Analyze collateral performance using Excel, SQL, and Tableau to support pricing, structuring, and surveillance.
• Coordinate with institutional investors, investor operations, sales, credit, product, treasury, and engineering teams while supporting onboarding and due diligence for new counterparties.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in capital markets, asset-backed finance, or a related consumer lending function.
• Experience with consumer lending, credit underwriting, and structured finance, including warehouse facilities, forward flow, or ABS.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL and Tableau experience are useful for collateral analysis.
• Ability to own deliverables and deadlines for live transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• English is required for interaction with staff at hirify.global’s offices worldwide.
