Manager, Capital Markets (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid schedule with office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: USD $140,000–$160,000 annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Execute live warehouse, forward flow whole loan sale, and securitization transactions across consumer lending products.
• Manage allocation reports, purchase confirmations, loan tape reviews, funding and settlement coordination, and closing checklists.
• Support warehouse and ABS reporting, including covenant monitoring, borrowing base calculations, and investor reporting.
• Review and help negotiate purchase agreements, servicing agreements, side letters, and other structured finance documents.
• Analyze collateral performance with Excel, SQL, and Tableau to support pricing, structuring, and surveillance.
• Coordinate with investor sales, credit, product, treasury, engineering, counsel, and institutional counterparties.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in capital markets, asset-backed finance, or a related consumer lending function.
• Experience with consumer lending, credit underwriting, warehouse facilities, forward flow, and/or asset-backed securities.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL and Tableau experience is beneficial.
• Ability to own deliverables and deadlines for live transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office three days per week is required for the hybrid schedule.
