Product Manager (Insurance SaaS Platform)

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, backlog, and service portfolio for the Assure insurance SaaS platform.
• Manage APIs, integrations, shared services, business components, microservices, UX/UI design systems, AI and data services, cloud capabilities, tools, and reusable accelerators.
• Establish reference architectures, standards, governance criteria, security requirements, and ecosystem partnership capabilities.
• Lead and develop a team of 4–8 product management professionals, including coaching, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Define KPIs and use platform, product, service, adoption, quality, and customer-value metrics to guide optimization and investment decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership, Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders on strategy, launches, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including several years in the insurance industry.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing a SaaS platform portfolio or comparable technology platform.
• Experience with platform strategies, roadmaps, product backlogs, shared services, APIs, integrations, and reusable technology capabilities.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, service-oriented architectures, and modern product development practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of insurance trends, customer needs, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
