Strategy & Operations Manager

Location: New York City, New York, United States

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Execute strategic projects across the business, focusing on priorities for the leadership team.
• Develop and deploy operational processes in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Rotate through high-impact initiatives and gain broad exposure across the company.
• Support the strategic operating rhythm, including company KPI management and annual and quarterly planning.
• Work directly with leadership on high-visibility business initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment.
• Ability to break down unstructured problems, recommend solutions, and implement them with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Interest in or experience with healthcare and improving the U.S. healthcare system.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
