Software Engineer - Salesforce Sales/Health Cloud

Location: Remote within the United States, limited to Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Washington, Fort Lauderdale, Louisville, Nashville, New York, or Tampa. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $80,900–$110,300 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud solutions.
• Build Apex, Flows, OmniStudio, Lightning Components, custom workflows, automations, and platform-based features.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications through APIs, integration platforms, and potentially MuleSoft.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Develop unit tests, support integration and user acceptance testing, troubleshoot production defects, and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to Agile delivery, code reviews, CI/CD, and SDLC practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of software engineering or application development experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, or OmniStudio.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, APIs, integrations, or connected enterprise applications.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools and concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic development; successful completion of hirify.global's AI skills assessment is required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Associate, Administrator, or Platform App Builder certification.
• Salesforce Health Cloud, MuleSoft, JavaScript, web technologies, or modern UI framework experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD tools, healthcare, health insurance, regulated industries, cloud platforms, or modern application architectures.
