Billing Specialist (Hospitality)

Location: Remote, Philippines only; overnight hours generally Tuesday through Saturday to align with U.S. business hours

Starting base pay: $8.50

What you will do

• Perform recurring billing audits and adjust reservation data to maintain financial accuracy.
• Contact guests by email, phone, and text to resolve billing and payment inquiries.
• Process payments for unique reservation circumstances and long-term stays.
• Coordinate with Communications, Reservations, and Portfolio teams on reservation reporting and payment resolutions.
• Support billing-related transitions for new buildings and resolve issues with distribution partners.
• Improve billing processes, reservation accuracy, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in administration, night or sales audit, accounts receivable, billing, or a related area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Stripe.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain efficiency, and make proactive decisions.
• Must be based in the Philippines and available for overnight hours aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Collaborative attitude and commitment to supporting coworkers and business objectives.

Nice to have

• Accounting background.
• Previous hospitality experience.
• Experience with both small and large enterprise companies.
