Customer Operations Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide exceptional support to customers by identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts.
• Manage inbound calls for auto, home, and motorcycle insurance policies.
• Deepen product knowledge to recommend the best insurance solutions from a large panel of providers.
• Solve complex customer problems to remove barriers to the right coverage.
• Process service requests including vehicle, driver, and policy document updates.
• Contribute to product improvements by providing direct feedback on customer needs.

Requirements

• Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
