Senior Experience Strategist (UX/Research): Creating human-centric digital experiences through user research, experience architecture, and strategic recommendations with an accent on contextual inquiry, usability testing, and information architecture. Focus on synthesizing research into compelling narratives, developing user journeys and roadmaps, and collaborating with design and development to bring experiences to life.
Location: Remote, Central Time; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States

What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user insights, business and brand strategies, and technology requirements.
- Research problem spaces, identify user needs, and recommend opportunities for clients.
- Lead contextual inquiries, interviews, workshops, usability studies, competitive UX analysis, feature audits, and heuristic evaluations.
- Synthesize research and strategic recommendations into compelling presentation narratives.
- Translate analysis into experience architecture, including sitemaps and wireframes, and advise design and development partners.
- Create experience journeys and roadmaps and collaborate with copy, visual design, and development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency or consultancy experience.
- Experience working in or understanding startup environments.
- Portfolio samples demonstrating strategy, experience architecture, and recommendations.
- Fluency with Figma, Miro, and similar design tools.
- Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete Form I-9.
