Sr Specialist, Field Projects (Hospitality)

Location: Various locations across the United States; on-site with travel up to 90% of the time

What you will do

• Provide on-site operational support for special projects, property openings, transitions, stabilization, recovery, and compliance initiatives.
• Execute company standards, workflows, tools, and property-level processes across the portfolio.
• Identify operational gaps, escalate risks, resolve field issues, and support audits and brand standards.
• Partner with property, corporate, training, people experience, revenue management, and other teams to deploy projects.
• Use project management, CRM, reporting, access control, LMS, PowerBI, SharePoint, HubSpot, Guestway, Apaleo, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Communicate project progress, field observations, risks, and operational needs to property and corporate stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, property operations, field operations, or operational support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Experience with multi-property operations, hotel operations, openings, transitions, stabilization, compliance initiatives, audits, and brand standards.
• Strong operational judgment, organization, problem-solving, communication, and independent prioritization skills.
• Comfort working in dynamic operational environments with extensive travel requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
